This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over your data.

The device identifier is generated randomly by CoinEval. It is not your device's advertising identifier and it is not used for tracking or advertising. CoinEval contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment card details. We do not require an account or an email address.
Purchases are processed entirely by the store you use, and we never see your card or bank details:
We use the photographs you provide solely to identify and value your coins. Images are transmitted securely to our processing services, analyzed, and the result is returned to you. We do not use your images for advertising, profiling, or training third-party models, and we do not sell your data.
CoinEval asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings.
CoinEval does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or tracking.
We share data only with the service providers required to operate the app:
These providers act as data processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
Coin images and scan results are retained for as long as they remain in your collection. You may delete any item at any time, which removes it from our storage. If you request full deletion of your data (see Section 8), all associated images and records are permanently removed within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

How to exercise your rights: To make any of the above requests, email jonzar.kz@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request to protect your data. There is no charge for exercising these rights.
If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
CoinEval is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
